Great Coworkers, too many managers - Anonymous employee DocuWare Employee Review

There are too many "managers" in this company, if everyone is a manager, no one is managing. There is no clear Sales plan, as we have had a completely new directive every year, and go through Salespeople as if they were flavors of the week. The individual offices are too far removed from each other, and often feel like three separate companies. People working in the same department often have very different SOPs depending on which office they are working on. Everyone likes to do thing their way without considering or knowing how the other office conducts operations.
