Pros
Docutech has many wonderful and talented individuals working for the company. Docutech works hard for their clients and truly believes in delivering unparalleled customer service. For a smaller company, Docutech does a great job of trying to stay ahead of the competition on the services and solutions they offer. The testing environments Docutech has are amazing. It is nice to be able to make changes on the fly, test the results and resolve a client issue without having to wait for a software update.
Cons
Upper management is too detached from their employees. They should spend more time asking questions and implementing good ideas from their team members. The owner of the company spends as little time as possible on the floor with employees and that is seen as a me versus them mentality. Softening that mentality can make good changes in employee’s feeling of appreciation and respect for leadership. One drawback to Docutech are the insurance benefits and PTO. Insurance premiums are high and the deductibles are very high. PTO is not competitive and the only days off are the major 6 holidays.
