Pros
They have a hard time recruiting because of their reputation as an employer so they do pay well.
Cons
This company is terrible to work for. All the classic things that people complain about go on here. Long hours - I see people work as many as 12 hours in a day on a regular basis. The culture of management is that if you stay long you are dedicated. If you work a just 9 hours you are not serious about your career Infighting - The business side and the software development side are always fighting for control. The CEO encourages this and sees this as good business. He has know idea just how much is wasted in these fights. He tends to stay in his office and not interact with anyone but his DRs. - Management (especially the CEO) sees people as disposable. In account management, the CEO has fired people for nothing more than a complaint for a customer. In 2015 they turned over 40% of their management, many of these people were recent hires that had moved from other states like California to work their. On a whim, the owner will cut people without a thought. He cares nothing about the people that work for him. Pay discrimination - If you are a woman, forget about it! There are huge pay gaps between men and woman. Client turnover is rampant. Most leave due to poor customer service. There is no career path at all and management tries to keep it that way.
