In fact, 'being balanced' is one of our company values as well as a place that offers lots of room to grow, so when I saw your comment about no opportunities I wanted to respond to you. I'm sorry that you feel we did not meet your expectations with this one and wanted to make sure you knew of all the possibilities we have to grow and earn a pay increase as you advance to the next level. From an Associate you can work towards becoming a Certified Trainer, not only assisting with training new bread heads within your own cafe but also for new store openings, we also offer advancement opportunities to become zone leaders, shift supervisors and managers too! In fact some of our Area Directors who oversee multiple locations started with us as Hourly team members!
