The work itself can be enjoyable and meaningful, and the company has a strong mission and values that are well intentioned. Overall, it feels like a stable place to work, and there are many day-to-day aspects of the job that make it a positive experience. I enjoy most of what I do here and see a lot of potential in the company. With stronger leadership involvement and clearer growth opportunities, this could be an even better place to build a long-term career.
