      Fun D&I organizations. They make efforts on inclusivity. Great entertainment brand. Awesome product.

      Cons

      Too much HR involvement. Managers needs to consult with their people, and trust them before heading over to HR for advice. Decisions made without team involvement or without all the information needed to make an optimal decision. Disorganized. Too much confusion over who is who, how to do things, how to get stuff done, where stuff is.
