Pros
Everyone that I've come into contact with who works at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood Highland is very friendly and very inclusive! Great teamwork amongst people once information is received.
Cons
News travels slow. Show business is usually like that, but if there's a change in procedure that happens during a shift it takes quite a while to trickle down to the ushering staff. A lot of our time is spent on standby, awaiting the change.
