- Fascinating technology and interesting space to operate in - 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off) - Some truly fantastic people that are very knowledgeable about the media technology space and adjacent markets
Cons
- Extremely conservative company culture - very cautious and risk-averse (toxic to a company where innovation is its lifeblood) - Highly political environment - very layered, lots of behind the scenes conversations rather than direct confrontation, typical to defer to leadership's (often misinformed, disconnected, and/or antiquated) point of view Lots of fighting between groups and teams, culture of fear, teams are possessive about what they perceive to be their area of operation and will aggressively work to stamp out anything that operates anywhere close to it
