      Company culture is welcoming. Small company allows for ones work to make a large impact. Valued and credited for doing good work. Career growth is great, depending on team/department.

      Cons

      Company is "old school" tech stack is outdated. Sometimes need to jump through company corporate obstacles. Innovation isn't continuous albeit difficult to change the audio/visual codec space.
