Pros
Store and assistant managers nice and willing in terms of employee development, but largely unable to exucute due to restrictive labor hours.
Cons
Took a month from the date of the job offer to the first day of work. During the two week period that I worked, I only worked at one location twice. In one instance I had to drive 75 miles one way, and at every closing shift the store deposits and tills would not balance. This did not seem to alarm the managers training me, but being up or down by as much as $100 should be terrifying. Furthermore what does it say when a company will allow customers to enter a facility that has water leaking constantly from the ceiling in every quandrant of the store in multiple places, coupled with the overwhelming smell of dead animals or rodents.
