Pros
DG has always made me feel welcome and valued. The people I have worked with here have literally helped change my life during the years I've been with the company. For someone who has family and friends that are scattered across the country in various states, it's amazing to be able to come to work and feel like you're at home, sit in meetings like you're sitting at the table with family, and never have to reach further than the person next to you to find someone you can lean on during tough times.
Cons
Stepping away from a place like DG would be a difficult thing to do. I've gotten used to such an enriching and empowering environment that I'm sure it would be very difficult to find another employer that could live up to my expectations!
