Pros

you get 401k from day one, after that not much.

Cons

they expect you to work 65-70 hrs a week, usually with one day off if that ever happens. most of the time you work 7 days a week, you have no time for family time. the payroll budget is so tight that you the manager are having to do all of the work just to stay a float. They offer no prais of doing a good job or have any way of showing thier employees that they care... There is no communication at all between upper management and the store management.

Pros

The job itself is easy. The cash register, stocking (especially the totes and dry truck) and cleaning are so simple however there are certain things that make it difficult, although the work itself is not (under the right circumstances.)

Cons

They never have enough people on shift so it’s always difficult to get things done. It seems like all the managers I know from the store I worked at and the surrounding ones are all so deep into drama it made me wonder if I was back in high school. Dry truck always seems to bring far too much and the stores are so little that overstock is a huge issue here. The reason I ultimately left was due to severe mistreatment and some safety concerns I had regarding some past experiences. I am very glad I left and I would not ever go back.
