Pros

Fast paced and easy to learn, our store has awesome management team, friendly coworkers, big store, respects the lives of coworkers and works with your schedule as best they can, potential to grow, hours are decent as long as you want to work, everyone works as a team nobody acts as if they're better than anyone we are all treated equally, store manager works just like we do not sitting in an office all day.

Cons

Pay is low even when experienced been cashiering over 10 years and customer service certified which didn't matter because the pay is what it is and nothing beyond that unless you're management, only part time hours/positions, only a 10 minute break for 4 hour shift it is paid which is cool but doesn't give time to eat and use bathroom it's either one or the other at least make it 15.

Pros

My coworkers are kind and honest. The work is fun when it can be and some of the customers have a good spirit. When it comes to your break, you can at least afford your snacks/meals cause they're cheap. I find it fun to look into what my customers are buying. Managers are great and modest about their greatness. Would recommend to a friend because there are worser places to work at.

Cons

Some people have been consistently calling out in my area and I am burnt out from people who don't show up when they're scheduled to. If you're a cashier, you only get a ten minute break and it's not enough time for ramen. You'll feel lucky when you get 30 minutes for covering someone else's shift. Corporate is dramatic with some of their rules, like it's considered theft if you don't pay for your food, but you require a manager to be present in order to pay for it, and managers can be busy at times. Some customers can be quite impatient whilst making the line longer with demands, especially if they don't calculate their finances whilst shopping. Some of the technology is old and when it's broken down, I am told that I am not allowed to put "out of order" signs up. Some customers don't understand that they should never pay with a $100 bill early in the morning at any store. If you want to volunteer and do extra work without a payroll, you will be told that you can get written up for it because they have to pay you. The trainings on workday are obvious that they're old by many years and have not been updated to match new policies.
