Pros

Decent benefits Office is nice My direct manager is nice

Cons

-Pay is less than anticipated. -The workload is unbelievably heavy. You’re constantly drowning in different forms of allocations to do. You’re also going to receive a million different requests on top of your heavy work load as well. -No work life balance. I feel like I can never take time off and I’m constantly working weekends to just even finish my base work. -Merchants will constantly breathe down your neck and ask for things to be done. -A lot of coworkers are rude. People will talk over you, talk down to you, and find ways to treat you like you’re stupid. -Systems are unreliable. They move incredibly slow. It takes forever to even do the job you need to do. -Culture is all about winning and how to drive sales and create growth. Your job is even reviewed on it. Yet it’s impossible to do this when you can’t even finish your weekly work, let alone go above and beyond.

Pros

My coworkers are kind and honest. The work is fun when it can be and some of the customers have a good spirit. When it comes to your break, you can at least afford your snacks/meals cause they're cheap. I find it fun to look into what my customers are buying. Managers are great and modest about their greatness. Would recommend to a friend because there are worser places to work at.

Cons

Some people have been consistently calling out in my area and I am burnt out from people who don't show up when they're scheduled to. If you're a cashier, you only get a ten minute break and it's not enough time for ramen. You'll feel lucky when you get 30 minutes for covering someone else's shift. Corporate is dramatic with some of their rules, like it's considered theft if you don't pay for your food, but you require a manager to be present in order to pay for it, and managers can be busy at times. Some customers can be quite impatient whilst making the line longer with demands, especially if they don't calculate their finances whilst shopping. Some of the technology is old and when it's broken down, I am told that I am not allowed to put "out of order" signs up. Some customers don't understand that they should never pay with a $100 bill early in the morning at any store. If you want to volunteer and do extra work without a payroll, you will be told that you can get written up for it because they have to pay you. The trainings on workday are obvious that they're old by many years and have not been updated to match new policies.
