Pros
The development, design, product and QA teams work extremely well in fast paced agile environments. Great attention is provided to details and the success of the product in the hands of its users is the ultimate goal. Many team members are able to work remotely which often increases the productivity level.
Cons
The idea of all teams (dev, design, product and QA) working in tandem is a new concept in this ever changing digital world, unlike the old school work environments where work is done through a step by step handoff from one team to another. Dominion Dealer employees are quickly adapting to this new method and doing it really well.
