During the interview I was told that although the job is commission only it would be relatively easy to make $20-30 an hour. That wasn't necessarily a lie, but the work that is available is not consistent and really depends on the organization of the dealerships you work with. The camera and laptop I use was given to me partially damaged/scuffed up and both barely work; I spend at least 10-15 mins every shift tinkering with my laptop in order to get it to run. There's no VIN scanning or any of the other industry standards, and there are frequent problems with the uploaded pictures and prices, which you will get complained at for by the clients. I received literally one 4 hour shift of training from my manager and continue to get minimal contact from them.
