Dishonest managers at the highest level of the company, political environment where the truth and competence are not rewarded, competent managers have left the organization, high employee turnover creates constant chaos, executives are allowed to spend money irresponsibly and squander it on such things as the Dominion Speakers League, always in restructure/eliminate jobs mode, people at the bottom of the organization take the fall for horrific decisions made at the executive level, the parent company has enabled the dishonest and inept leadership, they chase/copy competitors because they lack the leadership to produce innovative products themselves. So many employees leave and for the same reasons. The parent company knows this but does nothing about it. The fact that someone from the marketing department is monitoring and responding to employee reviews goes to show that this company is only concerned with perception and does not want to deal with the actual problems.
