They are trying to implement positive change, they said. What happened so far is they just laid off more people. New casualties of poor leadership.
The place is in utter CHAOS. No structure or real plan . Tons of stupid rules, due to complete lack of trust, and dozens of half started projects left to die.
So much more.
Corporate gives pretty speeches, they ask us to be patient, they ask us to give them time. But how long is long enough? Would they give us years to fix the problem if we were performing poorly? Of course not.
In other words, double standards and toxic leaders continue to reign.
Such toxicity is derailing any effort to make things better by few.h
Our Sr VP (they care about their titles!) is not interested in any opinion other than her own to be heard. She expects others to quietly follow her every direction, without ever questioning the direction. She often thinks of herself as the one above all. She sends her minions to deliver her wishes. Employees are nothing but lesser beings who exist only to do her (not the company's) best interest.
Hierarchical and NEVER accountable are the obvious traits.
The lack lof trust and respect is palpable and has been going on so long, all the good talent and long term employees are leaving and the poor ones still standing just feel this is the new normal. So sad.
The turnover is incredibly high. It's demoralizing, no matter how many people speak up or leave, the toxicity continues to linger because they have not removed to the real root cause.
