Pros
I worked at Dominion Dealer Solutions for over 6 years. If you work hard and want to get experience in several areas its possible. I worked my way up from an entry-level position, gained management experience and reached my end goal before leaving Dominion. The company has had some ups and downs no doubt about that but it seems like with recent changes hopefully the ship can be righted. Workloads are very manageable and I rarely work after 5pm.
Cons
- C level management changes - lower pay than other companies - Seems like there is still some work to do to right the ship
