Pros
Amazingly they have good employees, and most everyone is nice, if not always fit for their job.
Cons
Senior management comes from a print and window sticker background. Trying to run a "technology" company has had its predictable results. There is no long-term vision, and the lack of innovation has resulted in most product lines being outdated, and always playing catch-up to competitors. Too much focus is placed on stagnant business units - where revenue is high, but income is low.
