Pros

Genuinely fine people to work with throughout the company.

Cons

Upper management communication to the teams is the worst I've ever experienced. Many failed endeavors( DMX, Vision, VUE rollout) have led to doubt about past decisions and strategy going forward.

The coworkers were great to work with.

Cons

It was taking a long time and several versions of CRM that did not make it to market, resulting in decline of clients and staff.
