Bad culture with worse wages - Anonymous employee Dominion Dealer Solutions Employee Review

The wages are way below industry averages. They expect more for less and will not reward for exceptional work. Annual increases do not even meet a cost of living increase or even the fact that benefits increase at a higher rate each year. Management is out of touch with reality and the employees. There's a buddy system at the top and most are not qualified. They've spent years and millions of dollars to role out an updated product which is still not ready, yet the people making the decisions are still here.
