Having to slave to the unrealistic expectations for a salary that isn't there, the goals to be reached are ridiculous, I was told I'd be making 52k a year but immediately after was told it was commission, it's sad, you get like 10 percent a car, so if the dealership pays you 10 dollars a car you make 3 bucks off of it, but you have to take 24 pictures (if they're not good or sunlight is bad they complain) of the car you have to type everything about the car then print labels of the car and go back and stick them on, I'm a smart man and I tried to figure out ways to take care of it efficiently and figured there is nothing, it's cut and dry it takes forever and you either sweat like a pig or you're an ice cube, it can take you up to 10 minutes or so a car, you don't get paid for your drive to your dealerships, if it rains you cannot work and you don't get paid...it is what it is, seek employment elsewhere... I highly don't reccomend it.
