      Quick promotions. Union. Pays well. 50% outdoor / 50% indoor. Learning environment. Not very laborious work. 16 paid holidays and overtime pay is very generous.

      Cons

      There are contracts and the future is uncertain past the contract with the union considering all of the environmental liabilities of burning coal.
