Pros
Dominion provides excellent diversity training and support and creates a very respectful environment. They have very high environmental, safety, and quality standards. There are many opportunities for growth and professional development. The people are truly wonderful.
Cons
The company has a very traditional, top-down approach to management which can be limiting in gaining insight and employee engagement. The departments in the company work within limiting silos without interaction between departments. Although there is excellent focus on environmental responsibility, there could be a more progressive approach to long-term sustainability and resiliency.
