Great family atmosphere. Dominion cares so much for their employees. The work was steady and I was able to go out in the field in my position. This split up the office and field time which had a nice free feeling. I moved out of VA but still look at the job boards to see if there are any openings near me (I live in PA currently). Would go back to Dominion in a heart beat. This is how a company should be run.
