A lot of politics and conniving which means not a lot of real work gets done. One can feel the apathy and atrophy of talented employees grow until they leave or get beaten down and accept their predicament. *Work-life balance could be improved, most departments are understaffed and if you are unlucky enough to be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation, you will be on-call a often. **Hard work is not rewarded proportionately, so don't work too hard! ***The amenities and facilities feel like they are being used to mask the numerous shortcomings of the company.
