Business Outlook
Pros
Normal hours/get paid for OT as long as you are not a manager. Opportunities to move into different aspects of the business. Great paid holidays & PTO.
Cons
Can have out of date work practices/systems that create more work for the employee. Culture can change drastically between offices. Some are all very positive and there is plenty of help that allows you time to cross train and check out parts of the company. On the flip side, some offices are very understaffed, overworked and thus have more of negative vibe and reputation.
