Dominion Energy provided a number of resources to employees to help with the effects of COVID-19, including 80 hours of additional paid leave if an employee is sick from COVID-19, needs to care for someone with COVID-19, or needs to manage school, daycare and/or eldercare closings due to COVID-19. Additionally, the company offered free COVID-19 testing for employees, more work flexibility, telemedicine access, and increased Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits.
