Pros
Provided a good salary for the area in Wisconsin the nuclear station is located. Severance packages were better than what I would have expected to see at other places. The "nuclear nines" work hours were a bonus.
Cons
Unfortunately, while a position at a well run utility are typically stable, the Kewaunee site was shut down due to economic reasons.
