(SLC,UT) Operation department lacks diversity, inclusion, equity and sensitivity, it’s extremely poor as a department. From an entry level employee to management to upper management 98.99% are white and Mormon. If you the rare a person of color in the department, you will be overlooked. Over worked and underpaid for the responsibility and work technician have. The balance of work and life is poor. Management style is micro managing and micro aggressions. Non-union environment.
