Pros
Good entry level job with a starting pay of $20/hr in an area where that is affordable for one person to live on. Good experience with plenty of learning opportunities.
Cons
Not a solid upward mobility trajectory. No real benefits. The contracting company is based out of Texas, so I’ve never met any of them. They took away my barely-counting-as-health-insurance health insurance and my 401k. I don’t get PTO or quarterly bonuses or gift cards like the full employees or union members do.
