Too much work, too few people - Dept coordinator Dominion Energy Employee Review

Good afternoon and thank you for taking a few minutes to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that even after such a lengthy tenure (20+ years is a great achievement) that your expereince is currently not a positive one. Our compensation teams work diligently every month to ensure we pay our employees a salary commiserate with the market rates and offer a variety of benefits to help mitigate any differences. Unfortunate to hear that that has not been evident from your viewpoint, and that it feels as if retention is less than desirable. Thankfully, our analytics show that Dominion Energy retention rates have returned to what they were pre-pandemic and are very strong for our industry. However, that being said we can always do better and make sure employees feel valued. If you have any suggestions that you would like to see implement, please connect with your nuclear leadership and HR. In the meantime please know that our Talent Acquisition teams are hard at work to make sure each of our nuclear stations are fully staffed in an effort to alleviate some of the heavy work loads some of our teams are currently experiencing. We are hoping to see that positive change later this year. In the meantime, thank you again for your excellent work at our North Anna nuclear station and have a safe 2024!
