      Dominion is a great company to work. The work is challenging and rewarding and the company has great values. Talented workforce and great working environment. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      The salaries in Northern Virginia are not competitive. For whatever reason management in Richmond doesn't seem to realize the cost of living disparity to the rest of the state.
