Management fails at leadership, then blames the troops - Anonymous Dominion Enterprises Employee Review

Terrible benefits (except 401K was pretty good). Management failed to lead, and then blamed those they were in charge of. Upper management (I mean the very upper management) needs to look at the areas of failure and hold the managers from the VPs on down accountable. When you have good people, that work hard, and you take advantage of that and still fail, that is a leadership issue, not an employee issue.
