      Dominium really cares about the employees. A lot of us have been able to built long term relationships with our teammates and really enjoyed the work environment.

      Leadership could use a little bit more diversity.

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
