Faced pace environment, but low pay for new hires - General Manager Domino's Employee Review

Flexible Schedule was great. Overall, well run organization.

It was difficult to see a path to a career

Really easy to make management look incompetent.

Below market pay. Promotions/Raises based on favoritism/prejudice rather than performance or reliability. No benefits. No holidays off. No PTO. No said sick days. Company retaliate's for taking Workers Comp or paying reimbursement for gas mileage/supplies out of pocket. Condescending and incompetent management.
