Pros
Amenities at HQ were overall good, aside from the cafeteria. Great work-life balance which I probably didn't appreciate or use enough in the moment. Some departments get flex scheduling benefits.
Cons
The TAD program (team achievement dividend, or something close, can't remember the exact acronym) doesn't wind up being much of an incentive at all. Some pretty mediocre people wound up with promotions in our department. There was no lean, six sigma, black belt culture at all... improvement projects disjointed.
