Pros

Free soda. Impressive large building at Domino's Farms. A Fortune 1000 company and major brand recognition around the world. Good place to get started in your career, as long as you don't hang around too long -- budget pizza is fun but not a very fulfilling long-term career.

Cons

Strange culture. Limited developmental opportunities for most people. IT department is in shambles with poor management, black hole org charts, and lack of great leadership. Generally, the only way to succeed (in the Information Services department, at least) is to be a lifer for the company, brown-nose everyone that's higher on the org chart, have absolutely no personal life (no kids, spouse, friends, hobbies, etc.), and be on call 24/7 to answer upper management. Also, you need to be fine with constantly being reminded by management that you are replaceable, and if you don't like it you can leave. So that's what I did.

Pros

Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

Cons

Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
