Very nice and polite staff-of course if you will hire the right person.Franchise and area manager let it do, never said no if You want to hire someone,always listening about the issues in the store and if You have plan how sort it out- they will give full support.

To much relationships or friendships based behavior- as more You have support from someone from Your country ( or similar religion) as more You a likely to get pay rise...
