      Pros

      Good group of people. Really good experience, a lot of challenges. Great place to grow career. Would highly recommend PE position to new engineer.

      Cons

      A lot of old equipment. It can be difficult to get things done sometimes. They are very frugal with what capital they have.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
