      It is a very interesting place to work. Potential for advancement with great benefits. Lots of new and interesting challenges.

      Cons

      If you like stability this is not the place for you. You will expect changes and new and different way of doing things.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
