      Pros

      continuous improvement culture and team work. Best in class products with ongoing product training and opportunities for advancement within various divisions and work places

      Cons

      moved manufacturing of products out of canada and many many jobs were lost due to high head office overhead costs

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
