Things need to be looked into - Anonymous employee Domtar Employee Review

DPC would be a great business to work for if they cared more about their employees. Things change out here so much it's hard to have a life outside of work. "Consistency" is not apart of the vocabulary for DPC at the moment. The moral is very low and the employees are getting angrier by the week. There is so much stress on the converting floor from constant schedule changing and strenuous work loads. If the company really cared about its people it would listen and see. They think they are listening when we speak, but it seems as if the old saying "in one ear and out the other" is more of a common practice. They are not seeing what's happening. This company could be Great and I'm pretty sure it will be one day but they will have to let go of some of the educated people making dumb decisions.
