      Pros

      Benefits and hard working individuals that are in most cases are over qualified and under utilized. Good people and executive level who is striving at all times to keep Domtar a leader in the industry.

      Cons

      BEWARE!! Certain Team leads and middle managers are Bullies who thrive on tearing down the individual employees while also convincing HR to never take the employee's point of view. My situation should have been cause for a law suit and firing of 4 unprofessional Domtar managers.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
