      Money is good, lots of overtime

      Cons

      Too much overtime, bullying tactics by management, extremely political, harassment, nonsensical decisions made by ignorant people with free reign.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
