      Pros

      Good people with great leadership at the top level. The people in C-suite care about what they are doing and where they want to go. Most of the people on the floor are amazing, work hard, and care deeply about what they do.

      Cons

      The top-level vision doesn't always translate down to the factory floor on a day-to-day basis.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
