      Great camaraderie amongst colleagues from the same team. work harmony used to be great amongst cross functional teams

      Cons

      Sometimes Management could get a bit caught up in their own world. The company lost touch on how to work well and efficiently towards the same goal. It also lost the small company culture and feel it had even though being a large company

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
