      Can meet payroll routinely Clean, but has a community stench (that is usually denied)

      Cons

      A long-standing, mis-trustful foundation for decades Akin to One Who Flew Over The Cookoos Nest.. Scapegoating is the norm Management/Union relationship is like a divorced couple living together because they have to. Really poor management at this location.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
