Difficult to know how to address a comment without any detail regarding which of the twelve facilities you are referring to, but ten years suggests that your comment is based on a recent issue is affecting you and causing you to react, otherwise we assume you wouldn't have the long service you have. Can we suggest a chat with your local line manager, or if you have concerns about doing that a chat with your local HR team?
